At registration we test our applicants where appropriate to obtain an
idea of their capabilities and experience. As we register all of our
candidates face to face we get a good idea of their personality and
characteristics. We get to know companies individually, either through
the previous supply of temporary or permanent staff or for new clients,
we make a company visits to their premises to get an idea of the
environment and working atmosphere. We ask for a full job description of
each position with the main duties, responsibilities and any
qualifications and previous experience required allowing us to recruit
accordingly.
Staff supplied for all industry sectors
Our register covers a wide area of qualifications and experience, if we
do not have suitable candidates with the relevant skills you require we
will advertise upon your behalf. This is included in our service, saving
you money.
CVs of short listed applicants are faxed or emailed direct to your
company
Once we have identified candidates with the relevant qualifications and
experience we will forward their CVs to you in the way, which is most
convenient to you, using our discretion at all times
Interviews arranged at your request
Once you have considered the candidates we have put forward, we will
arrange interview times and dates convenient for you to see those you
have selected. We will also ask you for feedback to relay to those
applicants who are unsuccessful.
No charge is made until the successful applicant has commenced work
Rates are dependant on each position. We also offer a rebate scheme
should the placement be unsuccessful during the initial probation period
over a duration of 12 weeks. Our minimum fee applies at all times please

Supplying temporary staff with a view to becoming permanent
Another option is to take a temporary member of staff with a view to
filling a permanent position. This is useful when recruiting for a new
position as it offers a trial to define the position or if you would
like to take a member of staff on a probationary period without taking
them onto your payroll. Temporary placements are outlined in the next
section. At the end of the Temporary period a transfer fee is charged
should our candidate be taken onto your payroll for a further temporary
contract or permanent position. The Scale of Transfer Fees is outlines
in our Terms and Conditions of Business.
OUR TEMPORARY STAFF WILL LEAVE A LASTING IMPRESSION
ON YOUR COMPANY
Cover for sickness, holidays, maternity leave,
seasonal peaks of work etc.
Temporary placements can vary largely in time scale whether from one day
to six months or longer our aim is to provide adaptable staff who are
capable of filling any job description. We also give you the option of
booking the temp back for the next week should they be required, or if
available, supplying the same members of temporary staff for future
bookings to enable you to save time on any training or handover
required. Subject to a minimum of 4 hours per week.
Supplied for advance bookings or at short notice
Flexibility is the key and in most cases we are able to provide
temporary workers the same day, however if you are able to give notice
we feel this increases the quality in the temporarys work as they are
more prepared for the role.
All placements are confirmed in writing. In most circumstances will have
the temporary arrangements in advance however, if the booking is at
short notice details will be confirmed over the telephone and a
confirmation letter will be sent out the same day.
You are invoiced only for the hours worked
We are able to accurately invoice you for the hours worked by the use of
timesheets which are signed off by the company each week, you are able
to keep a copy of each time sheet to confirm each invoice.
If you feel a temporary we have place is unsuitable we will not
charge you

We take care of Wages deductions including NIC and PAYE and accrued
Annual Holiday Leave
All payments to the Temporary worker are the responsibility of the
Agency to relieve you of any excess paperwork.
