Vacancy: Operations Manager

Location: Isle of Wight
Days: Monday - Friday (although may be required to work weekends)
Hours: Full time
Salary: IRO £22,000 plus company car
Duties: Managing one member of full time staff and several seasonal staff. responsible for overseeing the delivery of courses and coordination of recruitment, staff, accommodation, tuition and activities, organising venues and transportation. management of budget, advertising, marketing and public relations. implementation, facilitation of and participation in training programes. project management and reporting.
Experience: degree qualification in Business or equivalent relevant area required, previous commercial sales or marketing experience preferred, experience within education or tourism and advantage. Must have excellent customer services and organisational skills. Must be proactive and motivated.


Vacancy: Inspections Operator

Location: Ryde
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £15 - 18,000 per annum
Duties: responsible for inspecting PCB assemblies, amplifiers and microwave modules, adhering to drawings and quality standards (IPC610D), reporting and maintaining product records.
Experience: previous quality control and soldering and surface mount components experience is required as is the ability to read electrical and mechanical assembly drawings. Must have good attention to detail and problem solving skills, knowledge of general assembly, wiring and continuous improvement process are an advantage, as are IPC-A-610 or similar qualifications.
