Duties: Assist Team Controller with day to day operation including; validation of customer claims, adherence to internal procedures and legislation, dealing with high level complaints and identifying areas for improvement, team training, monitoring and reporting.Relief cover for Team Controller when required and assisting with Team duties during busy peaks.
Experience: Must have excellent communication and organisational skills. Good attention to detail and own initiative is essential. Must be an excellent team player and have the ability to adapt. Knowledge of FSA regulations is an advantage.
Vacancy: Technical Assistant

Duties: responsible for the internal auditing process, including client files and company documentation, reviewing and recommending revisions to the Technical Manager to ensure adherence to standards, designing internal processes, proof reading, problem solving and assisting with staff training.
Experience: Must have excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Must be self motivated and able to manage own workload. Must be calm, focused and able to use own initiative. Knowledge of FSA regulations is an advantage.
Vacancy: Part-time Accounts Administrator
Location: Central Wight
Hours: 9am - 1pm (flexible)
Days: Monday - Friday
Salary: £6.75 to be reviewed after probationary period

Duties: taking rents, reconciling accounts, raising payments, liasion with landlords and tenants, correspondence, credit control and general administration. Training given on in-house system.
Experience: previous accounts administration experience and good computer literacy on MS Office required. Own transport advisable.
Vacancy: Procurement Manager
Location: North Wight
Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm

Salary: £20-25,000 dependant upon experience

Duties: responsible for compiling purchase order requisitions, adherence to timescales, expediting and monitoring suppliers, maintaining records, report writing, booking in and inspection of all materials, maintaining catalogue, ordering and stock control adhering to schedules, liaising with suppliers over account queries, liaise with line managers and provide estimating support.
Experience: previous experience in procurement or supply chain management including analysis and reports. Good computer literacy, working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards. Formal engineering or purchasing qualification preferred as is experience within composites.
