Vacancy: Administrator
Location: East Cowes
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible)
Days: Monday - Friday)
Duration: Temp to Perm (3 months)
Duties: to include monthly payroll for approx 28 staff, sales and purchase ledgers, bank reconciliations, maintaining spreadsheets, correspondence and filing.
Experience: previous payroll and administrative experience required. Literacy of Quickbooks and Iris and advantage, must have a good level of computer literacy.
Rate: £7.50 per hour worked.
Vacancy: Operational Support GradesON HOLD
Location: Newport
Hours: 36 hours per week (flexitime)
Days: Monday - Friday
Duration: ongoing
Duties: supervising contractors, security checks, operation of CCTV and radios, report writing.
Experience: Previous supervisory experience and excellent attention to details is required. Security experience is preferred. Assignment subject to security clearence.
Rate: £7.00 per hour worked
