Location: East Cowes
Hours: 37 hours per week (8am - 4.30pm, Mon - Thu, 7.45am - 12.45pm Fri)
Days: Monday - Friday
Duration: minimum of 6 months
Preparation of spreadsheets and reporting tools for month end activities, collection, collation, analysis and presentation of financial data, preparation of internal invoices, administration of overtime, holiday and financial accruals, variance analysis and reporting, extraction of data from information management systems, administration of data capture systems and tools, creation of reports tracking hours, overtime, leave and other absences, programme reports, collation and chasing of budget information for relevant customers, review of activity bookings for completeness and correctness and chasing or submissions and approvals, review and clarification of resource supply invoices and maintenance of supplier approval records.
Must have advanced level of computer literacy on MS Excel and the ability to learn new systems, must have knowledge of manufacturing business process and resource planning. Experience of invoicing and financial planning, accounting practices and procedures plus accounting qualifications are preferred.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a security clearance including Disclosure Scotland (at own cost).
Salary: from £13.00 per hour
