Popular public house with extensive, home made, local produce menu plus specials, responsible for team of 4 chefs and 2 KPs, catering for around 160 people per day, menu planning, ordering, stock control, costings, maintaining equipment, adherence to quality standards plus hygiene and health & safety regulations.
Must have previous experience of catering from scratch, preferably to head chef level, 2nd chef including staff management, may be considered. Relevant catering qualifications are preferred. Must have valid hygiene certificate. Own transport recommended.
Salary: £27,000 per annum
