Spring Newsletter 2017

‘BREXIT’proof your Business:

The decision has been made and the nation has been assured that nothing will change in the next two years. At this stage, beyond that lies uncertainty over many issues including Employment Legislation, as much has changed since Britain joined the EU, however, in this circumstance, as with the recession,  the benefits of using temporary staff increase, to ensure that your organisation can meet objectives and maintain productivity in confidence, without risking the liabilities of taking on permanent staff prior to impending change.

Recruitment is becoming harder as migrant workers are already leaving the UK due to deflation of the GBP, as well as the imminent working restrictions, this paired with the number of people in employment in the UK reaching the highest point since the 1970s mean skills shortages in the near future will be high; temp to perm placements in this instance are a great option as allows for a trial or training/hand over period and to assess the suitability of the worker before commitment.
