This document sets out key information about your relationship with WP Recruitment & HR Ltd, including details about pay, holiday entitlement and other benefits.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Type of Contract You Will Be Engaged Under: Contract for Services ( see Terms of Engagement)
Who Will Be Responsible For Paying You: WP Recruitment & HR Ltd
How Often Will You Be Paid: Weekly, whilst on assignment (via timesheets, processed Monday morning and paid by BACs on a Friday).
Expected Minimum Rate of Pay: Living Wage ( actual rate of pay will quoted to you for each assignment, dependent upon duties, prior to submitting your details to the client).
Deductions From Your Pay Required By Law: PAYE (Pay As You Earn Tax ), National Insurance contributions plus any other Statutory Deductions, including Attachment of Earnings (if applicable), Student Loan (If applicable) and after 12 weeks on assignment, Auto Enrolment Pensions (unless Opted Out).
Any Fees for Goods or Services: N/A
Holiday Entitlement and Pay: 28 days per annum, pro rata, accrued on a weekly basis whilst on assignment. Leave must be claimed during calendar year; 1st January – 31st December. Leave cannot be rolled over.
Additional Benefits: N/A
Notice Period: One week, whilst on assignment, unless booked for a week or less.
