Location: Newport, Isle of Wight
Hours: 35 hours per week
Days: Monday - Friday
Supporting Retirement Support Team in the provision of customer services and client administration.
Preparation of client files, application and welcome packs, processing new business applications and chasing business to completion.
Liaison with clients and brokers to ensure correct and complete and compliant information is received.
Working to deadlines and FCA regulations.
Must have a high level of administrative skills with a background in customer services or information management.
Previous experience within financial services is an advantage.
Must have good computer literacy, attention to deal and a high degree of accuracy and good numeracy skills.
Must be able to work well on own initiative, to deadlines as well as part of a team.
