Hours: 8 a.m. - 10.30 p.m. on rota basis
Days: 6 days from 7 on a rota basis
Duration: Temp to perm for the right candidate
To produce home cooked pub food and specials for 40 – 180 covers per day. Menu planning, working to hygiene and health and safety standards. Stock control, stock rotation and ordering.
Must have previous catering experience and relevant hygiene/food safety qualifications. Catering qualification to Level 2 required .
Salary: £9.50 per hour worked
