Industry: Property Maintenance
Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis between 07.45 and 18.00.
Days: Monday - Friday
Responsible for efficiently and effectively managing diaries of a team of trade staff on computerised planning software, maintaining availability and scheduling and allocation of work.
Prioritising workload, rescheduling diaries and appointments for emergency works and variations, following up on cancelled and suspended jobs.
Produce daily run sheets and receive back completed works, updating system accordingly. Produce delivery reports.
Liaise with residents to schedule appointments, and undertake quality checks/ feedback.
Liaise with line manager to ensure materials are ordered where required.
Adherence to company standards and industry regulations.
Must have previous administrative experience within a construction or property maintenance or related environment.
Must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work load to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.
Must have high level of customer service and communication skills, including effective problem solving and using initiative.
Must have good level of accuracy and computer literacy including the ability to learn new systems.
Must be flexible with working hours within operating hours.
Salary: £21,142 per annum
