Location: East Wight
Hours: 8am - 2pm
Days: 5 days for 7 on a rot basis ( including every other weekend)
Catering from a set, multiple choice menu for breakfasts and lunches for around 25 residents, including special dietary requests, stock control and rotation, responsible for one kitchen assistant plus adherence to health and safety, hygiene and quality standards.
Must have previous catering experience, preferably including dietary needs and a valid hygiene/food safety certificate. Must be able to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Salary: £9.00 per hour
