Duration: Fixed Term Contract up to 10 months
Processing and management of inter-company and Toll manufacture orders. Liaison with internal and external customers to gain accurate demand forecast data and entry of this data onto ERP system. Monitoring and tracking of order accuracy, forecasting, customer satisfaction and complaint management. Regular reporting and data analysis using CRM and ERP systems. Administrative support to the Sales and Customer Support Team.
Experience of CRM, SAP, Microsoft Navision and Office inc. Excel. Proven experience in an order processing role in a B2B/manufacturing environment.
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 per annum
