Hours: 40 hours per week in shifts between 9am and 9pm
Days: Monday - Friday on a rota basis
Duration: Fixed Term until end March 2020
Reception duties including insuring welfare and safety of residents, staff and visitors, telephony duties, take rents and issue receipts, postal duties, carry out building and security checks, ensuring keys are logged and registered, responding to alarms, monitoring CCTV, assessing a reporting building repairs, complaint handling, respond to emergency incidents, provide triage and advice, record and report incidents in line with policies and procedures.
Must have experience of supporting vulnerable groups, a good level of communication skills and good computer literacy. Must have a good understanding of safeguarding and health & safety. Previous experience of working with young people and advantage. Must hold a recent DBS or be part of the update service.
Salary: £16,835 - £17,500 per annum, pro rata
