Hours: 28 hours per week (flexible, however please note flexibility is required to work evenings and weekends on occasion)

Days: flexible, standard office hours are 8.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Duration: Temporary whilst recruiting permanently

Duties:

Provision of administrative support to the Fundraising team, to include:

Recording and processing donor income and information and sending thank you responses, within designated timescales.

Typing correspondence via letter and email.

Maintaining Gift Aid records and assisting with returns,

Assisting with the promotion, delivery and administration of fundraising campaigns and events.

Front of house duties for the department.

Booking meetings and managing diaries, taking minutes and typing reports.

Maintaining stationary and stock of forms.

Postal duties and other general administrative tasks.

 

Experience:

Previous experience within fundraising, marketing or events is preferred, however proven organisational skills and administrative experience within a customer focused, communications or coordination role may be considered.

Must have payment processing and reconciliation experience.

Must have strong level of administrative skills, computer literacy and the ability to work to deadlines.

 

Salary: £9.20 per hour worked
