Industry: Building and property maintenance
Location: Isle of Wight
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm plus emergency call out on a rota basis
Days: Monday - Friday plus emergency call out on a rota basis
Installations, upgrades, servicing and repair of domestic gas appliances, boiler systems and central heating systems, plus bathroom and kitchen installations and refurbishments.
Management of own diary, completion of work orders, timesheets and mileage.
Assisting with preparation of quotations and invoicing.
Liaison with suppliers, sourcing and ordering parts.
Providing high level customer services, adherence to quality standards, building regulations and health & safety.
Must have previous domestic gas experience, commercial experience is an advantage.
Must have a minimum of NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) Plumbing and Heating Qualifications, NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Gas Installation, ACS Certification and Gas Safe Registration. LPG qualifications are an advantage.
Must be self motivated, organised and able to work on own initiative.
Must have good communication and customer services skills.
Full drivers licence required.
Salary: £16.00 - 18.00 per hour ( call out paid at double time), plus Company Vehicle, Laptop, Phone, Uniform and PPE provided.
