Days: Monday - Friday (Must be flexible)
Lead and direct all staff and facilities to ensure achievement and continuous improvement of safety, quality, performance and resource utilisation targets for all service delivery activities.
Lead and direct site leadership team, ensuring KPIs are achieved.
Work with leadership team to establish training needs for staff and ensure they are achieved.
Lead develop and deliver performance improvement plans.
Establish and develop relationships with all stakeholders, suppliers, clients, potential clients and other bodies to maintain and improve the companies image and commercial position.
Lead and direct ongoing improvements in operational and occupational safety.
Apply strategic planning to determine site objectives are in line with company strategic goals.
Develop and agree a budget to meet business needs and to ensure the most efficient use of resources.
Lead the continuous improvement of all site operations and contribute to the reduction of impact to the environment.
Must be educated to degree level or equivalent within business management or engineering. Must have recent experience, including continuous improvements, of managing plant operations, production and engineering functions, plus B2B service delivery. Management level Health & safety qualification preferred as is working with Lean methodologies. Must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of commercial awareness. Must have good influencing, analytical, strategic and motivational skills. Must have financial understanding including experience of budgets.
Salary: £55,000 per annum plus annual performance related bonus
