Generation of income by guiding customers through a telephone based fact finding process to assist them in accessing retirement income and or lump sum amounts via financial products or annuity. Maintaining contact with product providers. Maintaining client records. Ensuring adherence to FCA regulations.
Must have high level customer service skills within an office environment. Must have a good level of accuracy and numeracy. Must have a good level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems. Previous experience of pensions or financial services is preferred however training will be given.
