Location: Newport, Isle of Wight
Hours: 37.5 per week (8.30am - 5.00pm)
Days: Monday - Friday
Responsible for maintaining global business data in accordance with service level agreements.
Challenge, validate and accurately check data, referring inaccuracies and consulting appropriate stakeholders in the approval process.
First point of contact for sales and customer service teams resolving or escalating issues in product master data.
Orchestrate reviews, changes and updates to product data.
Review and suggest improvements to the process ensuring approval cycles and completed within deadlines.
Support the implementation of new coding processes.
Supports sites during ERP rollouts to ensure they have updated/migrated codes and transferred only current products to the new systems.
Support the Global Bidding and Product Managers with updating and maintaining bulk import and export of large data sets.
Must have previous experience of CRM and ERP systems, Microsoft/Cloud based systems and Dynamics 365 FO is an advantage.
Must have high level computer literacy on MS Office including Excel.
Must have strong administrative experience including the processing and management of data, experience of manufacturing sector and project management is an advantage.
Business or technical qualifications are advantageous
Must have excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy, be able to multi task and prioritise own workload, whilst communicating effectively and working as part of internal and external teams to achieve objectives.
The ability to communicate in multiple languages is advantageous.
