Location: Newport, Isle of Wight
Hours: 37.5 per week (8.30am - 5.00pm)
Days: Monday - Friday
Responsible for maintaining global business data in accordance with service level agreements.
Challenge, validate and accurately check data, referring inaccuracies and consulting appropriate stakeholders in the approval process.
First point of contact for sales and customer service teams resolving or escalating issues in creation or approval of new customers.
Orchestrate reviews, changes and updates to existing customer data.
Supports sites during ERP rollouts and check customer codes.
Support the Global Bidding Manager with updating trade agreement information and annual pricelist reviews. collation of master pricelists.
Must have previous experience of CRM and ERP systems, Microsoft/Cloud based systems and Dynamics 365 FO is an advantage.
Must have high level computer literacy on MS Office including Excel.
Must have strong administrative experience including the processing and management of data, experience of manufacturing sector and project management is an advantage.
Must have excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy, be able to multi task and prioritise own workload, whilst communicating effectively and working as part of a global team to achieve objectives.
The ability to communicate in multiple languages is advantageous.
