Hours: 37.5 hours per week ( 9am - 5pm)

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: Permanent

Duties:

Supporting a small team of staff in administrative and accounts functions including;

Complex diary management, scheduling meetings and booking appointments.

Provision of high level customer services and support.

Maintaining property records and resident information.

Assisting in processing insurance claims and policy renewals on behalf of clients.

Assisting with organising maintenance and liaising with contractors.

Raising, allocating and issuing invoices, maintaining finance records.

Typing correspondence and minutes, producing reports.

 

 

 

 

 

Experience:

Must have a strong administrative background including basic accounting duties.

Must have a good knowledge of property, an understanding of leasehold issues is an advantage.

Must have a good level of computer literacy and be able to adapt to new systems.

Must work well on own initiative as well as part of a team with good communication and accuracy skills.

Must have drivers licence and own transport as may be required to attend meetings on a relief basis.

Salary: £19,500 per annum
