Providing operational robust systems support to enabling teams to excel in Customer Service and generate revenue.
To own the tools and systems we use to support Advice and Guidance services, ensuring ongoing upgrades, annual risk assessments.
To identify and implement enhancements, driving improvements to customer service and efficiency.
To identify industry best practice in the use of Intelliflo and embed this in how the organisation works.
To provide support to the wider Advice and Guidance team where issues are identified with system and processes, to own resolution of these and implement solutions to reduce likelihood of re-occurrence.
Provide support to assist FRS data owner in practices relating to data quality and security.
Day to Day ownership of Business Continuity Plan.
Prepare Management Information / Intelligence and identify actionable outcomes to improve business.
To work with Finance colleagues ensuring fee revenue is appropriately booked and reconciled.
To process invoices related to Advice and Guidance Services.
To operate within FCA and other regulatory rules at all times.
To undertake all reasonable tasks and duties as directed by Advice and Guidance Operations Manager.
Experience of working in a regulated financial firm with strong working knowledge of Intelliflo Intelligent Office is required (other similar systems experience and a high level of computer literacy may be considered dependent upon the candidate) .
Change Management Experience and familiar with change terminology and systems integration is an advantage.
UK Pension and Investment knowledge is preferred.
Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Must have strong initiative and critical thinking/problem solving skills. Must have good communications skills, be flexible with duties and able to work well as part of a team
