Industry: Property Maintenance
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Duration: 3 months initially, may become permanent for the right candidate
Inbound and outbound calls, liaison with residents, trade staff, contractors and suppliers. Raising works orders, allocation and prioritising works. Booking appointments and scheduling diaries. Ordering materials. Updating and maintaining databases. Adherence to standards, schedules of works and KPIs.
Must have previous administrative and customer service experience, preferably within the construction or property maintenance sectors. Must have good initiative, the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
Salary: £17 - 19,500 per annum
