Industry: Food Production
Location: Isle of Wight
Hours: 3pm - 10pm,
Days: Monday - Friday, plus occasional Saturdays during peak season
Supervising and mentoring a team of staff to produce products in line with specifications.
Adhering to daily production schedules and ensuring order fulfilment.
Control and allocation of produce, stock rotation and minimising waste.
Working to quality and hygiene standards.
Maintaining records and equipment.
Must have a good level of previous supervisory experience within a food production or catering environment.
Must be able to work to deadlines and quality standards.
Must have a good knowledge of hygiene and health and safety and hold HACC Level 1 and a Food Safety certificates.
Must have good communication and organisational skills.
Salary: £10.00 per hour worked
