Hours: 8.30am - 5pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Supporting Project Managers in meeting objectives including, coordination of meetings, reviews, updates, communications, costs, timescale management and escalations.
Liaison with 3rd party product certification bodies and coordinate renewals, new requirements and document submissions.
Coordinate product management lifecycle activities including 3rd party reports and certifications, technical datasheets , customer specifications and risk escalation.
Maintaining dashboards and production of monthly reports on lifecycle activities.
Assisting in the development of processes, management of KPIs and maintaining SharePoint site.
Must have Programme Management project experience, high level administrative skills including communication and organisation and a good level of computer literacy including the ability to learn new systems. Previous use of SharePoint is an advantage. Manufacturing experience is an advantage, must have the capacity to learn technical information. Degree level qualifications are preferred. Must be proactive and motivated.
Salary: £30 - 34,000 per annum
