Hours: 20 - 25 hours per week, must be flexible as may be required to increase.

Days: (Monday - Friday)

Duration: immediate start until approx. end of January 2020

Duties:

Entry and coding of invoices, cash and credit card expenses, maintaining and reconciling petty cash, preparation of payment runs, cash book and bank reconciliations, supplier statement reconciliations. Assisting Accountant with other accounts functions if and when required.

Experience:

Must have a good level of previous purchase ledger experience and computer literacy on Sage, Sage 200 preferred.

Must have a good level of accuracy and be able to work well on own initiative as well as part of a small team.

Must be flexible with working hours, standard office hours 8am – 4.45pm Monday – Thursday, 8am – 12.30pm Friday.

Salary: £9.75 per hour worked
