Location: Isle of Wight
Hours: 35 hours per week (office hours 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, however ,must be flexible)
Days: Monday - Friday
Provision of both contentious and non-contentious legal advice for both employer and employee clients.
Conduct free, initial telephone and email discussions, fact finding and assessments.
Take instructions, research, obtain and collate information and present recommendations.
Draft correspondence, reports and documentation.
Attend client visits, meetings, legal appointments.
Provide HR advice to employer clients and where necessary, support employment procedures.
Assist in the creation of contracts, handbooks and policies.
Attend networking events, conduct presentations and promote services to raise brand awareness and generate business.
Assist in marketing, including writing articles, web and newsletter content.
Must have a minimum of three years post qualified experience.
Must have excellent levels of customer service skills including communication and negotiation.
Must have excellent organisations skills, attention to detail and be able to manage own caseload.
Must be positive, innovative and be able to work well, with an open mind, on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Must be flexible with working hours and have own transport due to travel requirements.
Salary: £28,000 - 40,000 per annum DOE plus benefits.
