Location: Newport, Isle of Wight (hybrid role - part working from home)
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Duration: Temporary, initially two weeks possibly longer)
Duties:
Using VOIP telephone system, answering and transferring inbound calls.
Taking messages and typing emails.
Providing information on services.
Other administrative tasks may be required.
Experience:
Must have previous receptionist or office based customer service experience and a good telephone manner.
Must have a good level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
Must be flexible and able to work from home or office as both will be required.
Salary: £10.00 per hour worked
