Hours: 36 hours per week ( worked between standard office hours 8am - 6pm)
Days: Monday - Friday
Supporting the Retirement Specialist Team through provision of high quality administrative tasks, including preparation of client files, application and welcome packs, processing new business applications and chasing business to completion.
Maintaining channels of communication with clients, advisors and providers, managing and updating client records.
Adherence to timescales, regulations and quality standards.
Must have a strong administrative background including use of MS Office and CRM programmes.
Must have good communication and numeracy skills and a high level of accuracy.
Must be able to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Previous experience of pensions and advantage, previous experience of financial services is preferred.
