Hours: 6pm - 1am
Days: 5 - 6 evenings per week on a rota basis
Duration: Permanent - starting 2nd September
Working as part of a small team, producing breads, cakes and sweet and savoury pastries from scratch. setting, operation and maintenance of ovens and equipment. Stock control and rotation. Adherence to recipes and quality standards. Assisting with product development. Adherence to hygiene and health & safety.
Must have a good level of baking and finishing experience, including baking breads and pastries from scratch. Must be able to work well as part of a small team. Must have good attention to detail. Must have valid hygiene certificate.
Salary: £10.50 - 11.00 per hour
