Industry: Property Maintenance
Location: Isle of Wight
Hours: 8am - 4.30pm, 40 hours per week plus out of hours call out on a rota basis
Days: Monday - Friday plus out of hours call out on a rota basis
Planned installations, routine maintenance and responsive repairs, including fault finding and diagnostics, to residential properties.
Provision of high levels of customer services. Liaison with other trades, contractors and management staff.
Undertaking periodic inspections and reporting on condition of equipment.
Estimate, requisition and recommend necessary materials.
Operate and maintain power tools, hand tools and equipment.
Working to schedules, quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Must have previous electrical experience within a residential environment.
Must hold relevant electrical qualifications to Level 2, plus 17th/18th Edition (BS7671) and C&G 2391 (Test/Inspect).
Must be able to work well on own initiative, to instruction and schedules as well as part of a team.
Must have at least a basic level of computer literacy and a good level of customer services skills.
Must have full driver’s licence and a minimum of two years driving experience.
Salary: £30 - 32,000 per annum DOE, plus Tool Allowance, Van, Fuel Card, Uniform, iPhone, iPad and benefits
